Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you rent a day we collect the display name and optional dedication you enter (these are public by design — that is the product), the date you rented, and technical order data (order/transaction identifiers, timestamps). Payment details — card number, billing address, email for receipts — are collected and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; we never see or store your card data. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2. What is public — permanently

Your display name and dedication are published on the site (calendar, day page, certificate) and are also written to a public blockchain when your token is minted. Blockchain records are immutable: they cannot be edited or deleted by us or anyone else, ever. Do not include information in your name or dedication that you may want removed later — use a pseudonym if in doubt.

3. What we use data for

To provide the service: displaying your registry entry, generating your certificate, minting your token, handling support and refund requests. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use marketing trackers. Our host (Cloudflare) processes technical request data (IP addresses, request logs) to serve and protect the site.

4. Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You may ask us to correct or remove your name/dedication from the website and certificate at any time via email — we will comply where possible, but data already written to the blockchain cannot be altered (see Section 2). Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection; contact us to exercise them.

5. Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set cookies strictly necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
