You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:
After your rented day has passed, the service is considered fully delivered — the Moon was symbolically yours, and that cannot be undone. Likewise, once you claim the token to your own wallet, the purchase becomes final. Intentional violations of our content rules (see Terms, Section 5) are not refundable.
Your day is removed from the registry and becomes available for others to rent. The associated token is returned to (or remains in) MoonR custody and your name is removed from the site and certificate. Note that any data already written to the public blockchain cannot be deleted — it is simply no longer linked to an active registry entry.
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your rented date. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net using your order number.
